We are based in the SF Bay area and were founded by a married couple, Brian and Amelia, on a mission to build passive income through real estate. “DC West” is a nickname for Daly City, where Brian was born and raised. They started renovating their first 200 sq ft condo in Waikiki themselves and have expanded to investing in California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, and Hawaii.
